As a self-proclaimed "quitter in recovery", I know what it is like to quit before even starting. I know the repercussions of procrastination. I understand the overwhelm of today's world and it's pressures to be the perfect mom, have the perfect family and career. I have been on the other side of illness and depression and am happy to say with confidence that I have kicked it in the pants!
